Moving issues from backlog can be difficult and sometimes I moved them accidentally and don't remember I moved them there, is there any way of notifications of moving or pop up?
have you used the right-click shortcuts? You have options to send the issue on top/bottom of the backlog or in the active Sprint. It's super useful when you have long list of issues stuck in Backlog :)
