Good afternoon! 
1. Is there any role distribution functionality? 

2. How to remove the ability to delete files by other employees?

3. Is it possible to connect a daily notification of expired cases?

4. How to make a common calendar for all boards?

5. How to see the tasks of a particular employee immediately on all boards?
6. Gantt chart works only through google browser?

• What do you mean by "role distribution"?
• Edit the project permission scheme to set up who can delete
• Create a filter, and subscribe to it
• There is no function for this, boards do not have calendars
• I don't quite understand this one.  If you want to see what an employee has assigned, run a filter for "assignee = <person> and resolution is empty".  Across boards, you are going to have to add a quick filter to every one of them, but thats because boards are views of a selection of issues, and if you want to do searches and filters, you'll find that far eaiser in the search/filter functions.
• Not that I see, the ones I've used recently work in Safari and Firefox (and one fails in Chrome, although that was a few weeks back).  May depend on where your Gantt charts are coming from.  What App are you using for them?

Click on "filters" or just type something into the search at the top right.

I can't answer that, you have not said what calendar app you are using to add calendars to boards
