Is there any plugin in jira to identify projects, issues,statues, custom fields in jira?

Please let me know if any procedure or plugin to identify projects names, custom fields, statues, issues,workflows, screens etc.

recommend any plugin, that we can give complete structure for all information about above mentioned count.

The best I've seen so far is the administration interface. 

A "complete structure" diagram would almost certainly be complex, hard to generate, harder to read, and actually not a lot of use in real life. 

As an admin, you generally don't care about the overall structure, you care about complexity, getting new config in without upsetting old config and simplification, and to deal with all of those things, you have to look at parts of the whole (and the admin screens tell you where the current part you are focussed on is in use).  As a migrator, you don't care, as your tools need to handle it.  As a user, you don't care, because you want to use the bits you need to, not look at everything.
