Hi Team

Is there any option to permanently get rid of a new design

Previously there was an option in the setting but that option is no more present.

New design is not at all user-friendly as compared to the previous one.

Currently need to select "See the old view" option for each ticket

Hi @Kshitij Yelkar  - No, this is not possible and it is not coming back. 

Another option is to paste this to the end of the URL for the issue to get to the old view:

?oldIssueView=true
