Is there any app/ plugin that can migrate issues from Solutions Business Manager (Team Track) ?

I am looking for any app that can migrate issues from Solutions Business Manager (Team Track) to Jira Software cloud with the attachment.

If such an app isn't available, can someone point out any effective process for this ?
