Is there any agent to install to win/linux servers to get asset information from OS?

I'm thinking Insight for JIRA cloud.

I want to get software asset information from windows/linux client and import(create/update/delete) into Insight asset repository automatically.

Is there any agent software to realize it?
I checked "Insight Discovery" but it supports only JIRA data center version.
