Is there any Rest Api to change field configuration scheme in project ?

I want to consume API for following requirements

• Get the list of field configuration scheme.
• Update the field configuration scheme for any project based on project id or key.
• Get the name of the field configuration scheme associated with the project based on project id or key.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

At the moment there is no way to do this using REST API. Indeed we have the below Feature Requests open in our system to have this functionality implemented:

• Jira Cloud: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-64120
• Jira Server: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-64120

You may want to vote and watch one of the above feature requests (depending on what you use, Cloud or Server) so that you will get notified in case of any update. The  feature will be addressed according to the Implementation of New Features Policy

Also, there might be another way to access and modify the desired properties programmatically but I might not be the best person to help in this case. However, you may want to have review the developers' documentation pages and see if you can find anything useful:
