Hi,

I have a request to make internal 'some' of the comments, from Service Management tickets.

Is there an app that can help us? (other then script runner? :) that can do anything :D)

Thank you for any 'easy' ideas you might have,

Anca

Just to confirm, you want to make internal comments posted in your conversation with a client that you posted as replies, but not as "internal note" initially?

Yes!

We've created a new Service Management project and moved the still active tickets from the old one thru a Clone process (using Clone+ plugin) that copied also the comments, but did not marked the internal ones as such, so now all comments on those new tickets are visible to customer.

Hi @Anca Cristescu

Would you like to try this App Comment Toolkit for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace

Which enables you to categorize and label comment threads, clearly separating internal and external comments. Advanced filtering capabilities facilitate effortless management of diverse comment types.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Thank you @Humashankar VJ for your response.

We are on Data Center and the app is only for cloud :(
