Is there an alternative app to Multiple Assignees for Cloud in Data Center

I am looking for an opportunity to assign issues to multiple users. I like the following app for Cloud https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1230647/multiple-assignees?tab=overview&hosting=cloud, but I need something similar for Jira Data Center.

Probably someone can help me with some workaround. Thanks!

You could use a custom field to assign an issue to multiple people. 

However, since the standard notifications for assignees won't be triggered, you might want to add some additional automation rules to let people know they've been assigned to a ticket.
