I try to get feedback from my customers, so I found out that Jira has an Issue Collector. At the moment our team is so small that we are only using Jira Software to organise our self.
So Jira Core I can find the Issue Collector but I can't find the Issue Collector for a Jira Software Project.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Reading the details you provided, I believe you are using a next-gen project, because Issue Collector is available for Jira Software, Service Desk, and Core, but only for Classic project templates.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
