We are evaluating the SynapseRT add-on.

Is there a way we can add Test Step as one of the Column options in our JIRA Search?

The goal would be to show the Test Step as if it was a description when we search.

From go2group:

Currently we don't support displaying steps (as a column) in Jira search window.
We will make 'Test Step' contents searchable (in future releases) but we will not make all test steps showing up in search window. Make steps to be displayed in test case list will destroy the UI.
