Is there a way to turn off toaster/popup messages when creating new tickets?

When I create a new ticket there is a small toaster/popup that appears that I am forced to click to hide, when it should just disappear after a few seconds.

It's not hard, but it's terribly annoying to have to be FORCED to click to close a msg about the ticket that I literally just created... every... single... time.
