Jira updates fire out emails to all watchers of our tickets - great.
A growing number of people are 'Reacting' to the email (Outlook Reaction) and this is then creating an entry / comment on the Jira ticket level that has zero meaning or context without a deep dive into what may have triggered the email.
Is there a way to switch the 'reactions' off so they don't hit Jira?
