Is there a way to set working hours settings for each individual?

It seems that there is a global setting for working hours, but is there a way to set it for

each individual? I can't make a good estimate if there are people who work short hours.

If you have Tempo timesheet plugin then you can create the different workload scheme for differentwork hours then then assign that scheme to users based on there work hours.
