I have a Service Desk project which is not involved in any development (e.g. buy me a new chair). However there is an annoying development panel on each issue view.

I tried to follow an advice to give permission to no one to development tools in this project, but the panel is still there.

Is there a way to turn it off for my project?

Hi @Sergei Gridnevskii If you go to the Project Settings > Request Types then click on the request type you wish to remove the Development field from the issue screen, you will be on the 'Agent View' tab.

If you scroll down and look under 'Context fields', you should see the Development field (if it's not here, then it should be under one of the other sections on the same page)- go ahead and drag and drop this to the section on the right, under 'hidden fields', which should remove the field from the issue view.

Hope this helps!

Hi Sergei,

First, try removing the Development field from the screen used by the project.

If that doesn't solve it, then maybe click on Project Settings, then Development Tools.

If you modify the permissions there, it might drop that section.
