Is there a way to get the rendered fields information during create meta API?

I would like to know if there is a way to find out if a field is rendered in text format or wiki style format. 

I was able to do it with the getissue/ API, but I'm looking for that information during the createmeta/ API itself if possible? Because hitting another API everytime might make things slower.
