Is there a way to get a list or report of Issues based on 'overdue by X days' and by whom?

I'm looking for a way that will allow me to get a list or report of every issue of a project that is 'Done' later than its assigned due date. 

It needs to show its over by how many days, and who the assignee is.

Is it possible? Plugin, filter or whatever else.

you might want to look into this thread. It is old but I don´t think it is obsolete unless someone has a native Jira solution.
