Is there a way to forward logs of JIRA Cloud to syslog ?

Cloud Anthony Dacyon July 21, 2019

We wanted to have a mechanism to monitor activities in JIRA cloud, and one way is to use the logs. Would there be a way to forward logs inside the JIRA Cloud instance into syslog?

Regards,

-Anthony

No.

Not because it's a bad idea (it's a really good idea in real life), but because Atlassian Cloud is supposed to be a "managed service", where the end-user, in theory, does not need to see the server logs at all.

In the "cloud service" model, you should not need to see the back-end logs, so you don't have any access to them.  (I'm probably suggesting that I think this is wrong, because I do.  The main reason I personally tend to avoid "cloud" is that I do not have any option to see what is happening at that low level)
