Having both views in our Jira is causing some confusion. Is there a way to force all users into the new issue view?

I am afraid, this setting is on the per user basis.
I believe we have some users with JiraLabs enabled but still not seeing the new issue view. Is that a thing? Ideally we want all of our users on the same view so there is less friction when learning the new software.

If this feature is enabled for a user, then the user should see the new issue view.
