Is there a way to expand the comments box upwards rather than downwards?

Hello,

Currently, the comments window in the different screens has an icon in the right bottom corner that allows to expand it.  The problem with that is that, as I enter text, I need to scroll down the screen to see my comment. Is there a way to change this to the top corner so I can expand the comments box upwards?
