Is there a way to enable automatic saving of changes in JIRA Planner (Advanced Roadmaps) view?

Hi Atlassian Community,

I understand that in JIRA’s Planner View (Advanced Roadmaps), any changes made are not saved automatically. Users have to manually review and save changes using the “unsaved changes” box at the top right, which is by design to prevent accidental bulk changes.

Is there currently any way—through permissions, settings, or automation—to enable automatic saving of changes in the Planner View? Or is the manual save step the only method supported by Atlassian at this time?

If anyone has workarounds or updates on this feature, I’d appreciate your insights!
