Is there a way to embed an issue collector to a dashboard?

I am trying to embed an issue collector to my Jira dashboard but so far not having any luck. Is this possible?

Issue collector are used on sites. Basically, you configure it and embed the java code on the website. Whenever the user selects feedback and submits it, it becomes a Jira ticket.
