There was an update a couple weeks ago and changed how links open. My team used to click on a link in an issue and it would open up in a separate window. Now it replaces what's in the current window. I know you can right-click and select the option or back arrow out of the screen, however my team is used to how it was and this is an extra step they prefer not to take. FYI, they open links all day long, so this is not a once in a while occurrence. Is there any way to get this back?
Hi @Pam Graunke ,
The only way I know to do this in Jira Cloud is to use a CRT+CLICK to open in a new tab or SHIFT-CLICK to open in a new window, instead of just a click. It's not perfect, but easier than a right-click and open in a new tab or window.
Hope this helps a bit,
-Scott
Thanks Scott, appreciate it! I'm the Jira Admin, but not a technical person:) When something goes wrong or changes, I'm like heeeelp!

Oh, believe me...I understand. I do the same thing!
If this work around is ok, can you click the "accept answer" button? That will help others find it in the forum and let others know it is solved.
