Can you have multiple custom email addresses in a single Service Desk project? I know you can both cloud and custom but I would like to add another custom email - with a different Request Type.
I'm guessing not possible but wanted to ask the community in case someone has a solution. Thank you!
Hi @Kirsten Hansen - You are right when you say there is only one email address (channel) associated with a Service Desk. You can, however, leverage email aliases to route to multiple emails.
Also, there is an open ticket with Atlassian for this here.
