I have a numeric custom field that tracks overdue days. I need a field that calculates the sum of all overdue days. Is it possible to automate it?
I did additions or subtractions in the past but no a formula for totals.

Do you want to store that information in another issue? What is the relation between that issue and the issues you want to include in the sum?
Are all the issues in the same project? What type of project are you using?

All issues are in the same project.
Right now, I'm exporting to excel all the tasks that have the custom field Overdue days and adding all to get the total. I wanted a formula that makes that calculation for me and i don't have to do it manually every time. Is not that I want that field to be visible anywhere. Makes sense?
