Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the Community,
what exactly do you mean? A Dashboard is merely a collection of Reporting Gadgets, often based on projects or filters. There is no "flow" or process connected to it?
Thanks for your reply. I have been tasked to document the configuration of our project in Jira, documenting workflows for change management purposes.
If there is no document on workflow , is there a logical diagram available which maps the functional relationships between Projects/Forms/Workflows/work queues? that would help myself for documentation so I can create a functional document for change management purposes.

Okay - you won't find that info if you look for "jira dashboard".
I know of this "official" documentation on screens which is still valid for Cloud as well: Project screens, schemes and fields | Administering Jira applications Data Center 9.17 | Atlassian Documentation
There are some good overviews on the Community also: Configurations overview: Understanding Jira scheme... - Atlassian Community
Forms and Queues are part of Jira Servicemanagement:
What are forms? | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
What are queues? | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
There is no one overview of all features and not all features are documented with diagrams and pictures, but the Atlassian Documentation is quite comprehensive, if you look for the correct keywords.
