Is there a plan to add notifications on mobile when a new ticket is created in CSD?

I'm seeing threads asking about this as far back as 2020, why isn't this available? Seems like such an easy feature to add. And yes, I know about the workarounds using automation to add a comment mentioning you, but that shouldn't have to be done for a feature as simple as this. Would make monitoring the helpdesk so much better!
