Is there a paid service to migrate from jira server to cloud?

We're using JIRA 6.4.7 (64022) hosted on our server.

We want to upgrade to JIRA cloud. Is there a service (free or paid) that can do the migration for us? I saw the guide to do it manually, but would prefer somebody to do it for us.
