Is there a content approval process workflow available for Jira Cloud?

We are looking to use Jira for social media approvals. Are there any workflows already set up which we can use?

There's a good chance you might find a good workflow in the marketplace - have a look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira&query=workflow .  I'm not entirely sure what you might need, and it might be that one of the other approval flows might be better.

If there isn't one suitable to import there, you can always define your own workflow, or amend one from the marketplace to suit you.
