Is there a bug related to comments, notes, acceptance criteria, etc., not updating?

Hi all! So a fellow developer and I have noticed that randomly any sort of updates to comments, notes, acceptance criteria, etc, inside of created stories will sometimes either revert to previous or will not update at all. Just wondering if this is a known issue or something we may be doing wrong on our end.

Hi Cody, welcome to the Community. I have not observed this. First I don't know what "notes or acceptance criteria are". Maybe customer fields? However, for Comments as long as you save your edit then it should indeed save. Please note that for many custom fields you need to click outside of the field for the change to register, e.g. a date field. If you were to refresh the page or close it then it would not save your change.

Ok that makes perfect sense, thank you!! I believe we just have not been clicking outside of the boxes...but I appreciate the help tremendously! I will make this change and then report back.
