My product team and I are running into a few issues with our Jira instance and would be best to do a virtual walkthrough instead of posting questions on here. Just curious if this is possible and who would be able to help us! Thank you!
Atlassian don't do that sort of thing, their support is done via issues in their various portals, and it is more for technical support (bugs, failures, etc) than for training on day to day usage.
If you want something formal, you might want to engage with a Partner . (For the sake of openness, I work for one of them).
But, we're here to help. It'll be a bit less interactive than training, as we're all volunteers, posting when we can.
Thank you for that info! How does engaging with a Jira Partner work? Would I be able to work with you directly, if possible?

If you find one in the directory that fits what you're looking for, then they all have contact details behind the links to their sites. Most of them have websites on the most obvious domains (e.g. Deviniti.com, Adaptavist.com, etc) , which has contact details and their preferred routes of reaching out to them.
If you were to go for Adaptavist, there's no guarantee you'd get me - I might not be the right person. But you'd definitely get someone who knows me.
