Is the knowledge base secure or private?

Hi,

Basically want to make sure that the details published in the knowledge base is not shareable outside of our customers need to access it? 

If not private, how do I configure it to private so only the person I share our links with can access our knowledge base.

Hello @Amanda Rodriguez 

As long as your knowledge base has the Anonymous access turned off, it is safe. This feature allows anyone on the internet with the link to actually see it. Check in your Confluence: Space Settings -> Anonymous Access. Make sure it's off.
