Is the cloud version of Jira HIPAA compliant?

I have seen the push to move towards Jira (Cloud version) but don't know if its HIPAA compliant.

It is not yet HIPAA compliant, but according to the roadmap https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?category=compliance& HIPAA is planned for 2022.
