Is it possible to upgrade a 3.6.5 version of Jira to the last version

Hi,

We want to migrate the data of an old Jira version (3.6.5, installed on a on-premise machine) to our new Azure DevOps server.

We tried to used the "jira-azuredevops-migrator" program (https://github.com/solidify/jira-azuredevops-migrator) for that, but the program seems not appropriate to our Jira version (too old).

So we would like to know if it's possible to upgrade 3.6.5 version to the last version please ?

And how ?
