Is it possible to turn "Rejected" into red instead of green ? The status rejected is not a positive status. So it should be possible to turn the letter background into red.

If you want more colours, you'll need to get an app for this - such as New Status Colors PRO for Jira Cloud.

I'm afraid that is not possible. Status categories in jira have 3 colours:

• grey - to do category
• blue - in progress category
• green - done category

It is not possible to change status color for one particular status.
