Is it possible to show the status of a linked item within a dashboard

As a Technical project lead I need to track change request activities to closure within the Change Request Board if possible. This enables me to use one dashboard for reporting concerning all activities and status of change requests and in case they are accepted their implementation status according to ASPICE:

You can find the step-by-step about how to configure dashboards through this link. However, you've got to add gadgets to your dashboard to accomplish what you need.

Typically, teams use the road map gadget for project milestones, which shows versions due for release and a summary of progress made towards completing the issues in those versions. For reporting around your status, you can explore gadgets such as Issue Statistics and Two Dimensional Filter Statistics - which shows data in a table based on a saved filter.
