Is it possible to open an attached link from a card preview?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Right now we're using a kanban tool that allows us to open attached links without opening a card itself. Card preview looks like this
So when you click on these "https://" it opens the attached link.
Is it possible to implement with Jira?
