Recently I discovered that there is an academic license available, which is way more suitable for my start up company, given the fact that I'm studying in Sofia University. How can I change my license type from server license to an academic one?
PS: I have already changed and confirmed my main email to the one that the uni gave me.
Being student is not sufficient, but if you think, your organization fits into the named conditions, you should contact Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com)
