Jira's Service Management has this feature "History" under Activity which is good to track what are the changes made by the Agent to the issue/request. However, is it possible to have "History" in the Customer Portal too?
This is for the customer or creator to be aware of the made changes of the agent to his/her issue/request.
Is it possible to make the "History" under Activity be visible in the Customer Portal / Customer's view?
No this is not possible. The only information that will be made available on the portal will be public comments.
