Is it possible to hide billing rates in the tempo expense report?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We want to give tempo budget access to a set of product managers where they can see number of hours worked by a particular team member and the total cost for a time period but NOT the billing rate per team member.
Is this possible?
