Is it possible to give status wise (in workflow) access to groups or people ?

Hi All,

Actually one of our clients asked us to design a workflow, wherein only based on status people should have access to transition issues.

Eg: A person in design group should not be able to see or transition to status like "ready for QA" or "Coding in progress" 

Basically, the whole team is divided into 4 groups (Design, Development, Test and Approval Group) and each one has a specific workflow transition. 

Please help me with your expertise.

You should do this with conditions in the workflow.
