Is it possible to filter based on a comment reaction?

I would like to create a filter to identify all comments that have a Reaction of :thumbsup:. I do not want to filter based on an emoji in the comment, but Reaction to the comment.

I've tested and searched here, but there is no field to use on the JQL to filter the reactions.
