Hi, @Gurinder Summan. Yes. It's possible. In fact, there are numerous ways to do it. 

For example, there are a number of Atlassian Marketplace apps that are designed for this.

Maybe you can say a bit more about your use case(s) and goals so someone in the community can suggest a method or share similar experiences.
