Thank you in advance for your help.
If you are referring to a timeline, then you can follow these istructions https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/share-the-roadmap/:
To export a timeline as an image:
Above your timeline, select Export in the top right corner.
Set the Timeline view, Start date, and End dates, then select Export. The image is automatically downloaded through your browser.
Let me know if the above helps.
Thank you. That is really helpful, but the report is in JXL Sheets.

Hello @Natalie Keane
The Gantt chart that you are referring to now is called Timeline and you can export the Timeline to a jpg or csv.

Are you referring to the native Jira timeline? While you can take screenshots or export to CSV for basic reporting, this might not provide the level of detail or flexibility you need when sharing data with stakeholders.
For a more robust and dynamic sharing solution, I highly recommend exploring Planyway for Jira. It offers a powerful and customizable timeline view to create cross-project and cross-team timelines to provide top management with a clear view of epics, milestones, and overall project progress.
Additionally, Planyway allows for resource-focused views, where you can see individual team members' capacities and workloads, making it easier to track who is working on what. This clarity can be invaluable when communicating project statuses to stakeholders and ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities.
Once you've set up the timeline view to your preferences, you can export it to PDF for a professional, polished report or generate a shareable link that allows stakeholders to access the timeline in real time, with any filters or customizations applied. This makes it easier to keep everyone updated without constantly sending static reports.
