Is it possible to create template project integration between aha!+ and Jira?

Parminderjit Atwal August 21, 2023

I want to create a template project integration between aha!+ and Jira where I only need to amend the field and status mappings once so that if I want to create multiple projects, I can clone this one instance which will also inherit all of the field and status mappings. Is this possible?

Hi @Parminderjit Atwal and welcome to the community!

Let me make sure I understand this correctly:

  • You have a single Aha! workspace
  • You have multiple Jira projects
  • You want to establish a centralized integration from Aha! to Jira so that when you update the mappings on the integration, all projects adopt that same mapping.

If my understanding of the question is correct, this is unfortunately not possible.  Aha! integrations are workspace and project specific.  As you configure the integration, it only gives you a single project option which means a new integration needs to be established for each and every project.  I've received confirmation of the same from Aha! when I ran into the same challenge on previous Aha! integration projects.
