Is it possible to create more than one Issuetype for levels above Epic (level 1)

I would like to have Features (level 2)  and Tech Debt Features (Level 2) above the Epics. Is that possible? This would be similar to have multiple issuetypes for level 0 (story) or level -1 (Sub-Task)

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Yes, with a Premium subscription you can add work item type hierarchy levels above Epic.

And yes, you can have multiple work item types at each hierarchy level.

The hierarchy configuration is a Global setting that will affect all Company-managed spaces, so plan carefully before making changes.

Note also that you cannot add levels above Epic directly in Team-managed spaces. To have an extended hierarchy associated with a Team-managed space the Level 2 and above issues types have to be managed in a Company-managed space.

As Trudy mentioned, you can set up any work types above Epic with Jira Plans, and it's also possible to have multiple custom work types at the same level.
