Is it possible to create an attribute made up of two objects?

So for example I have 3 objects in a tree

Product > Module > Feature

We have 2 products "A" and "B"

Product "A" has a module of "1" associated with it.

Product "B" has a module of "1" associated with it.

We have a Feature called "Z" and we want to link it to the module, however in the object dropdown we only see "1" and "1"

We don't know which one of the "1's" is linked to "A" and which to "B"

Is there a way to amend the label so that it shows "A1" or "B1" in the dropdown?
