Is it possible to create an atlassian hosted web instance after creating a local host instance?

I have installed Jira and got an Atlassian test Licence. I set up a Jira instance on localhost, for studies at home. To do some remote testing, I would like to use a Jira cloud instance, too. How can I setup a cloud hosted instance after having already setup a local server? The first setup was done automatically after installation, but running the installer again only gives the choice to upgrade and I'm not sure that this is the right way to start the instance setup. Thx.
