Is it possible to create a comment template in the JIRA comment field?
The contents of the template are as follows.
・ Mention destination (multiple people)
・Comment contents

In the delivered product there is not a way to do this.  There are apps in the marketplace that do provide this functionality.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=comment%20template
