Is it possible to connect Jira with slack to autofill tickets straight from DM?

I know that Jira allows integration with slack to automatically create tickets in projects, through the command "jira/create". A while ago I did some tests and managed to use this command in slack direct messages, not only in channels. 

However, the command is no longer working. Does anyone know what can it be?

Hi Lorrane,

You can use the command in slack of /jira notify in order to receive Jira issue updates as a private message within Slack.  This has been a feature for some time now within the integration, at least since https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-80

There are also additional documentation on the commands you can use within Slack as noted in Integrate Jira Cloud and Slack.

I fear that I might not be fully understanding the problem you are reporting here.  Could you let me know some more details about what you expect here and the behavior you see?
